Service Description

A Support Plan starts with a pre-defined number of support units and each completed service means a deduction of units from the appropriate plan. The response time for all Support Plan is within 4 hours between Mon-Fri (9am-6pm). Support units may be used to cover other core services, inclusive of project implementation. Monthly report is available to customer that reflects the incidents attended and units balance, useful for tracking and monitoring usage of service
